Market Rental

AHL have over 160 properties which are all available to rent on the open market. All of our properties are unfurnished, but the majority are supplied with white goods in the kitchen including, fridge with an icebox, cooker and a washing machine with a tumble dryer.

We issue assured short hold tenancies for a period of six months, which can be extended if the tenancy has been conducted in a satisfactory manner.

What does it cost?

An administration fee of £145 together with a £100 holding fee is due at the application stage. References and credit checks are undertaken on all applicants.

Rent is due one month in advance, payable by Direct Debit. A dilapidations deposit of 1.5 months rent (less the £100 holding fee) is due at the tenancy signing, which is refunded in full at the end of the tenancy period subject to no dilapidations issues.
