Confidential and free help and advice is available to you if you are experiencing problems with budgeting, debt or paying your rent.

Referrals can be made to the Welfare Benefit Advisor, Eastleigh Accommodation Support Team and our fast track confidential Debt Advice Service.

Service Summary

The 3 services we currently provide are:

  1. A Welfare Benefits service to check your entitlements to maximise your income.
  2. Fast confidential and comprehensive debt advice by appointment.
  3. Fast confidential and comprehensive debt advice by appointment. (You do not have to be in arrears of rent to use this service)
  4. Problems, queries or worries concerning payment of rent can be discussed and advice and help offered.

Atlantic Income Team - based in Eastleigh

Although the team are based at the Meadows Office in Eastleigh there is always a duty member of the team available at our head office at Charlotte Yonge House during normal working hours.

As well as just dropping in at Charlotte Yonge House appointments can also be made, if you prefer, at the Meadows Office and home visits arranged between 0830 to 1900 Monday to Friday.

Welfare Benefits Service

If you have recently had a change in circumstances and your Income has dropped please check our service out.

  1. information and impartial advice on the complete range of welfare benefits available,appropriate services and schemes
  2. benefit checks and calculations to assess the correct level of benefit entitlements
  3. advice on winter fuel payments and entitlement
  4. help to fill in forms
  5. advice, assistance and representation to challenge benefit decisions
  6. Signposting to a ‘fast track’ confidential debt advice service
  7. Signposting to discuss any arrears of rent or service charges

Two members of the Income Team, Michael Blake & Nick Parker specialise in Welfare Benefits and together they offer a free, confidential and impartial welfare rights service via the telephone, e-mail, appointments at Charlotte Yonge House or home visits.
