Voice (Residents Panel)
Voice is a panel of residents who complete 4 - 6 surveys a year on a range of services and housing issues.

It won’t take up much of your time and the rewards to you and all our customers can be vast.

Surveys can be completed by post, telephone or online, and for every round of surveys you will be entered into a free prize draw for £50 in High Street Gift Vouchers.

On completion of each round of surveys you will receive a Voice Newsletter.  The newsletter will provide you with feedback from the survey and details of any outcomes, planned works or actions that have been agreed.

There is currently no Voice survey available.  Voice members will be advised when the next survey is online.

If you would like to become a member of Voice, please complete and submit the Voice Demographic Survey.  This will confirm your membership of Voice and you will be contacted when a new survey is available for completion.

Publications Group
Comment on the content and layout of Talking Tenants and other publications due to go out to our residents.  Members can contribute either at meetings or by email, post or telephone, and will be responsible for ensuring all our documents are clear, concise and jargon free.  All literature passed by the Publications Group will be given a ‘Resident Approval Kitemark’.
