Voice Survey Panel

Voice is a panel of residents who complete 4-6 surveys per year on a range of services and housing issues.

Surveys can be completed by post, telephone or online, and for every round of surveys you will be entered into a free prize draw with an opportunity to win one of two prizes for £25 in gift vouchers.

 

On completion of each round of surveys you will receive a Voice Newsletter.  The Newsletters provide you with feedback from the survey, and detail any outcomes, planned works or actions that have been agreed as a result of customer feedback.

We carry out annual impact assessments of all involvement options to ensure they meet the needs of our residents, that they provide value for money, and that we consider the suggestions and recommendations of residents when making decisions and providing services. The Voice newsletter below details the feedback we received from Voice members for the 2008-09 Impact Assessment and any outcomes we have made as a result.

Current Voice Survey - Annual Review and First Wessex Dress Code Policy

 

We want to ensure our options for involvement meet the needs of residents, and that they provide value for money. But we also want to ensure that the suggestions and recommendations of residents are being properly considered and taken into account when making decisions and providing services.

 

To ensure we are achieving these aims we would like your feedback about being involved in Voice over the last year (April 2009-March 2010), and would like to ask you to complete the Voice Annual Review survey.

 

To assist you in completing the survey, we have created an Information Leaflet providing information about Voice, including:

  • Outputs - what has happened over the last year
  • Outcomes and Impact – things that have changed as a result of the activity
  • Resources and Costs – including approximate staff and residents time, postage costs and incentive costs

 

Within Section 4 of this survey you will also find a few questions on the First Wessex Dress Code Policy. First Wessex is keen to develop a dress code that can be applied consistently across the organisation and is representative of the work we do. To aid us in the development of the policy we are keen to engage with the widest cross-section of individuals, including staff, Board members and residents. All the views and comments we receive will be used to inform and develop an appropriate Dress Code Policy for First Wessex staff.
