Homeless Support Service

The Homeless Support Service works primarily with individuals and families who have been accepted by Eastleigh Borough Council as statutory homeless as well as those at risk of homelessness throughout the borough.

We seek to empower and enable service users to live independently within our designated temporary accommodation or their own accommodation in Eastleigh. We can support you with applications for permanent accommodation and assist with resettlement. However, we are not accommodation providers.

Once an offer of permanent accommodation has been made and you have moved in, we can help you to settle in to your new home. If you require further support, we can refer you to the Eastleigh Accommodation Support Team (EAST) to help with ongoing housing related issues

Our service operates under the umbrella of EAST who provide confidential free and impartial advice through professional, experienced and approachable team members (click on EAST’s link on left-hand side of this page for more details).
