Spring Road

Spring Road is a block of 4 purpose built one-bedroom flats in Sholing for previously single homeless people leaving other supported housing within Atlantic Housing. It was completed in April 2004

People moving into the accommodation must be able to demonstrate that they have sufficient skills to maintain a tenancy with minimal support.

Assured shorthold tenancies are in place and it is envisaged that the maximum length that someone will occupy the accommodation is 6-12 months by which time it is hoped that they will be able to move onto Local Authority/or other housing and live independently of any support.
