Managed Properties

First Wessex currently works in partnership with around 23 specialist organisations, such as MENCAP, SEEABILITY, GLYN HOMES, WH NHS Trust and the YOU Trust. We have forged strong working relationships with our appointed Managing Agents throughout the region. Enabling us to offer services, to groups of people with particular needs, that may provided by specialist organisations. These properties provide accommodation and support for up to 586 people and include services for:

  • people with learning difficulties,
  • people experiencing homelessness,
  • people who are visually impaired,
  • people recovering from substance misuse
  • people with hearing impairment
  • people with enduring mental health issues
  • people with a dual diagnosis
  • single parents
  • Direct access16 to 25 year olds
