Rent, Payments & Charges

Atlantic Housing Limited is a non-profit making organisation and we depend on the prompt and full payment of rent and charges to deliver our services. Without this income we would not be able to provide, manage and maintain existing homes or build new ones, and purchase and adapt property for the benefit of the community.

For all tenancies or licences that charge weekly, payments are due weekly or in advance.

For all tenancies, licences or leases that charge other than weekly, payments are due to be paid in advance.

Payment Methods

Direct Debit

Paying by direct debit is a good option as once set up the payments are made automatically from your bank account. They are always for the amount agreed and the payment is taken on or within a few days of the date specified. Payments are not taken earlier and therefore there is no danger that the money will be transferred before you expect it to be. Payment can be made using your rent payment card at any UK Post Office, any Pay Point or at our office at Charlotte Yonge House.
