At First Wessex, we value residents' views and are committed to enabling residents to influence our decision making. Only you know what it is like to be a First Wessex customer, so we want to hear your ideas and suggestions for how we can make improvements to our services. Working together as a team will enable us to respond to your ideas and help us deliver the standard of service that you want to see.

Did you know you can choose how you would like to become involved? We understand that you will be giving us your valuable time and we believe our flexible approach to involvement recognises the variety of individual commitment, interests and needs, and means there will be something that suits you!
