Neighbourhood Managers

Neighbourhood managers are responsible for dealing with any query relating to the tenancy agreement, except where the issue is one of rent arrears, in which case the Income Team gets involved. Neighbourhood Managers are also responsible for overseeing the well being of the estate, whether this be by working with individuals, groups of tenants or other agencies.
