Resident Board Membership

Members of the Residents’ Forum have the opportunity to be nominated to become a member of the Atlantic Housing Limited Board of Management.

 

Elections are held at the Annual General Meeting of the Residents' Forum, and if appointed by the Residents' Forum, Board members will remain in post for a 2 year term.  Residents can be re-elected with no break for a further 2 years.  Should a vacancy arise during the year, a resident can be co-opted onto the Board at a general meeting of the Residents' Forum and shall serve until the end of the term of the resident they replace.
