Resident Interview Panel

The Resident Interview Panel is a panel of residents who are trained to assist in the short listing process and take part on the recruitment selection panel for a variety of customer facing senior management positions and front line staff appointments.

 

As a member of the panel you would have a direct influence on recruitment decisions and ensure the most suitable staff are appointed.

 

All new members of the panel are expected to attend a Recruitment Skills Training session with staff members from our HR department as part of their induction to the panel. The skills you will gain from the course will not only enable you to take part in the panel, but will also enhance your own personal development.
