Resident Interview Panel

The Resident Interview Panel is made up of specifically trained residents who assist in the recruitment and selection process for front line staff and their associated line managers and senior managers for the First Wessex Housing Group. 

 

The role of residents on the panel would be to ensure that recruited staff have excellent customer care skills and can engage effectively and appropriately with residents.
