Design Approval Panel

The Design Approval Panel (DAP) make recommendations to the Executive and Development Committee on all new development schemes, taking into account aspects such as site location, proposed tenure, outline design, Housing Quality Indicator Scores and overall Eco Homes assessment.

 

Residents on the panel are provided with the opportunity to influence the design and provision of future affordable housing, and award the Residents' Design Approval Kitemark to projects that meet the criteria.

 

This involvement activity is high level and requires a great deal of committment; you would be required to attend a Homes by Design two day training course.
