Wessex Property Services Tenant Working Group

The Wessex Property Services (WPS) Tenant Working Group is a panel of residents that meet with WPS staff to discuss current issues and relevant topics, service improvements and developments, and helps to ensure that the work of WPS is resident-led.

 

This group involves residents in the monitoring of service delivery and maintenance management and enables them to hold the organisation accountable, e.g. response repairs, scheduled maintenance programmes, caretaking, cleaning and grounds maintenance.
