First Wessex Property Services Satisfaction Surveys

This involvement activity provides residents with the opportunity to carry out monthly telephone surveys to poll the satisfaction of fellow customers who have used First Wessex Property Services' (FWPS) Maintenance and Repairs Service.

 

It involves residents directly in the monitoring of satisfaction, and allows residents who have used the service to provide feedback on a more informal level to a peer.
