Wessex Property Services Tenant Satisfaction Surveys
This form of involvement provides residents with the opportunity to carry out monthly telephone surveys to poll the satisfaction of fellow customers who have used Wessex Property Services’ (WPS) Maintenance and Repairs Service.
It involves residents directly in the monitoring of satisfaction, and provides residents with the opportunity to provide feedback on a more informal level to a peer.
If you would like to become involved with these surveys please complete and submit the WPS Tenant Satisfaction Surveys Membership Survey. We will then contact you to confirm your membership and invite you to attend a training brief.
