Block or Street Representatives

Atlantic residents who have an interest in where they live and the standard of services they receive from us can apply to be a Block or Street Representative for their area.  This involvement option would take up approximately 2 hours of your time per month.

As a Representative you will act as the link between residents in your area and the Association.  In this role you will assist us in ensuring excellent standards of service in the following ways:

  • Accompany staff on monthly estate inspections to identify any problems or issues.
  • Monitor and provide feedback where applicable on the performance of contractors, i.e. caretaking, cleaning and landscaping/grounds maintenance.
  • Keep notice boards up to date where applicable.

We will support you in your role, provide training opportunities and reimburse any reasonable out of pocket expenses that you may incur.

For further information about the role please read the Roles and Responsibilities of a Block or Street Representative.

If you would like to become a Representative working with your Neighbourhood Manager then please complete and submit the Block or Street Representative Membership Survey.

We will then write to the residents in your area to ensure they are aware of your wish to stand as a Representative.  If we do not receive any valid objections you will be appointed to this role and your Neighbourhood Manager will contact you to introduce themselves.
